Consisting of 12 affordable family houses and 1000m2 of B1 space on a prominent high street site. The project is based around a landscaped podium that covers the car parking and provides private garden space for residents.
Three separate blocks of accommodation are arranged around the south facing courtyard. The accommodation consists of 3-4 bed houses and 2 bed maisonettes. Where possible the units are dual aspect with amenity space onto the courtyard and balconies onto the street. The elevations of the scheme have been designed to be both modern and also respectful of the streetscape.
The project will help regenerate a section of a traditional high street, and provide employment and high quality homes on an existing brown-field site.
