A dilapidated property was purchased and stripped out and the outdated kitchen and bathroom were removed. Partition walls were demolished and relocated in order to balance out the bedroom sizes in order to make the property more saleable and rentable.
The new spatial layout created a modern and spacious living environment by opening up the living and kitchen spaces, introducing enhanced natural light and new glazed connections to the rear garden. The rear garden was completely overhauled and re-landscaped to create an expansive split level entertaining area with defined dining and lounge areas.
The construction period was split into two phases in order to bring the non planning work elements onto site at an early stage. A tight eye on budget throughout the project, and intelligent use of natural light and finishes, ensured a successful uplift in value and a rapid sale period for our clients.
